The Parklands offers dining in either the Bistro or Fine dining restaurant. The Restaurant has an AA rosette for dining. Fresh local produce are used in the preparation of dishes.

- Starter, Pan Seared King Scallops, marinated in grapefruit and dill, served with a Thai chilli rice noodle salad, with a lemon grass dressing.
Tayside Goats Cheese Crottin, lightly glazed with hazelnut oil, served with peppered plum tomato, pink peppercorns and orange, and a mango vinaigrette.
Minestrone of Light Vegetables and Summer Fruits in a cranberry and raspberry liqueur syrup, served with a mascarpone sorbet.
